PUBLIC ENTITY LAW
Our attorneys have over 25 years of experience representing a wide range of public entities, including the State of New Jersey Department of Corrections, State Police, Department of Children and Families, Foster Parent Liability Program, New Jersey Transit, the New Jersey Turnpike Authority, various prosecutors’ offices, and numerous counties, municipalities, housing authorities, improvement authorities, and boards of education. This experience spans counseling, pre-litigation, trial, and appellate levels in state and federal courts. We have the particular capability to represent these entities on matters involving general liability, employment, land use and zoning, municipal law, construction law, public contracts, public procurement, bidding disputes, and civil rights claims, in addition to extensive knowledge and experience with the Tort Claims Act.
We have worked with public officials and employees since the beginning of our careers and understand the need for prompt, decisive action, public accountability, and demand. We pride ourselves on teamwork, communication, and responsiveness when working with our clients.
